HISTORY

Arkwest was a long-standing service partner of StreamServe before its acquisition by OpenText in October 2010. The service partnership continued but as Arkwest developed its service and solution offerings it was a natural progression to elevate the partnership status. As a result Arkwest formed an OEM partnership with OpenText in July 2013.

COMMUNICATION

Arkwest has adopted as an integral part of its ArkDAS solution the OpenText Customer Communications Management product (StreamServe) that improves customer experience through the automation of customer communications.
